CEMS-SJ1000 Continuous Emission Monitoring System

The technical requirements for the functional design, structure, performance, installation and testing of the CEMS-SJ1000 system equipment meet the relevant national environmental protection standards and technical specifications.

 

This system consists of a gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, a particulate matter monitoring subsystem, a flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, and a data acquisition and processing subsystem. It can continuously monitor many related parameters such as the flow rate of dense flue gas, SO2, NOx, O2, CO,CO2, HCL, HF, NH3, flue gas pressure, and flue gas humidity. Statistic emission rate, total emission, etc., and can effectively manage the measured data, with on-site data real-time transmission, remote fault diagnosis, report statistics and graphic data analysis functions,to achieve unattended work site. The whole system has a simple structure, wide dynamic range, strong real-time performance, flexible networking, and low operating cost. At the same time, the system adopts a modular structure, which is easy to combine and can be configured according to customer needs;and can be integrated with the internal DCS and environmental protection department data System communication.

System Characteristics
The SJ1000 system adopts a number of original technologies,and the system mainly has the following characteristics:
  • High Reliability

    1. Pulsed xenon lamp light source, Ten-year lifespan.
    2. Grating spectroscopy and array sensors, no moving parts.
    3. Dust monitor adopts integrated design, compact structure.
  • Convenient maintenance, low maintenance cost

    1. The system wiring is simple and easy to install and maintain.
    2. In the gas analyzer, the light source, gas chamber and spectrometer are connected by optical fiber, so the maintenance and replacement of each part is simple and the cost is low.
  • High measurement accuracy

    1. SO2 and NOx were analyzed by Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS).

    2. It can effectively solve the influence of water, dust and other factors on the measurement accuracy.

    3. The dust meter adopts the principle of in-situ laser backscattering, with high sensitivity, fast response, built-in

      self calibration function, accurate measurement and good stability.
