Product Characteristics
The corrosion-resistant heat tracing sampling compound pipe is an important component of the environmental protection monitoring system cems/vocs. It is composed of reinforced explosion-proof, constant, power parallel, tracing, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature sampling pipes (PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, 316L stainless steel, silicon steel), double-sided aluminum foil,high-temperature glass fiber of nano fireproof layer, environmental protection PVC sheath, etc.
Technical characteristics
- When the ambient temperature is -20c and the wind speed is 15m/s, the temperature in the pipe is maintained at 40~200 ℃
- The sampling pipeline can resist the corrosion of various acid and alkali media, and the pressure strength is 0.8MPa without leakage
- The sampling pipeline can work for a long time at a temperature of <55 ℃
- The minimum radius of curvature of composite pipe is 0.5m
- Maximum continuous length 100~130m
- Minimum fixed distance: 5m in vertical direction and 2m in horizontal direction
